portion control, walking everywhere, no candy/soda/pizza, crunches, jump rope, hula hooping. i’m starting a challenge to do 50 crunches at night and 50 in the morning every day for the month of August, join meeeee

yoo i’ll definitely join you on that and thanks for the advice i’ve been realizing lately i eat way too much junk food

  1. styleofdress said: yoooooo crunches before bed / most exercise before bed can wreck your sleep (it’s a lot healthier to do in the morning) by raising you pulse and making your body more awake ! (at least that’s what ive learnt)
  2. deadfromtheneckdown said: A good way I found was to try to plan what I eat at the beginning of the day, so I don’t end up grabbing the first crap that comes to hand.
  3. skeletongloves said: Cutting soda out is literally the best ever. Also drink a shit ton of water. Become a fish. Pee constantly.
